I would like to see a list of all the products available through the eCommerce site. Is there a complete list of products?
  • Yes, visit our Product Catalogue page. Only the products available through your approved program can be purchased within our eCommerce site. Any other products will need to be purchased through your Client Service Representative.
Can I buy safety clothing at Mark’s stores?
  • Mark’s stores do not carry all of Mark’s Commercial’s safety clothing inventory or pricing information. All eCommerce program orders must be placed through a CSR or on the eCommerce site.
Can I place my order by phone, fax or email?
  • All orders must be placed online. If you experience issues with online ordering, please contact us via email at markscommercial.online@marks.com or by phone at 1.855.592.7444.
How do I return clothing?
  • Our return policy and authorization form can be found on our Returns page. Return any unwanted or damaged items to the Mark’s Commercial fulfillment centre nearest you. How do I find out what my specific program is and what my allocations are?
  • Find your allotment information on the My Account page.
Can I check the status of my order?
  • Yes. You can review all orders, past and present, on the My Account page under My Orders.
