Effective Thursday, April 8, 2021, Mark’s retail stores in Ontario will close for in-person shopping in response to the provincewide shutdown.

We recognize that many people and businesses still require access to essential safety items which is why Mark’s Commercial clients will have the opportunity to make in-person appointments to shop and to pick-up orders. This service will be offered at select locations only. Appointments must be made in advance; stores will not accept walk-ins and will require a company name and proof of a Mark’s Commercial purchasing document.

To make an appointment, please call the store at the phone number provided on the attached list. Current store hours can be found on Marks.com.

For larger groups (more than 5) and fittings, clients are asked to contact their Mark’s Commercial sales representative.

There are multiple safe ways to shop for all your apparel, footwear and safety needs with Marks.com, ship-to-home, or curbside pick-up. Mark’s distribution centres will remain open to ship your orders to your business or home.

Our number one priority is keeping our customers and employees safe during these unprecedented times. We wanted to reach out to you to update you on the protocols we have in place to keep everyone safe while shopping in our Mark’s stores.

We have reduced occupancy levels, enforced physical distancing, installed partitions at checkout, enhanced cleaning and sanitizing practices, prioritized contactless pay options, provided all our in-store staff with PPE and reduced hours to allow more time for enhanced cleaning and restocking.

While taking these precautions, we are still offering the same great service and encourage your employees to come into our stores for a safe and enjoyable shopping experience.

Effective today, Mark’s/L'Équipeur has closed retail stores in response to the current COVID-19 situation across Canada. These stores are currently planned to be closed to the public until April 2, 2020.
